    Single Sessions

    You want to talk about a specific subject, release, go deeper on some insight or issue, you can book a single session. It is also an opportunity for you to use a safe and benevolent space to bring up whatever is relevant for you in the moment, even in a crisis situation.

    I have specific slots in the mornings and in the evenings to accommodate for a wide range of time zones. Single sessions can be in person in my office in Berlin or on Zoom.

  • ONGOING SUPPORT

    Coaching

    You have reached a point where you realize that the way you are in this world is not sustainable for you or your environment and you want change and you need ongoing support. We will assess where you are and where you want to be and I will support you on the way.

    Coaching entails usually a minimum of 7 sessions of 90 mins to 120 mins each where the 1st session is an assessment of the situation and the last session is a closing session where we will discuss what worked, what did not and how far you have come during our work together.

    In coaching you are the captain of your boat and I am here to support you and give you a roadmap to reach the goal you set yourself at the beginning of the coaching. Coaching requires a genuine wish to change your current situation and a willingness to address what has prevented you so far from having more of yourself.
